Performance Program

The Essential Performance Program at Training Zone delivers results. Simple. A structured program that progresses the client from tissue preparation and joint mobility, to strength and power development. A fusion of exercise science and practical application, the beauty is in the simplicity. Done consistently 2 to 3 sessions per week, we are confident of the efficacy of our system. This training system works for the everyday client as well as the athlete, whether you are young, old or in between.
We assess/screen each client/ athlete to identify any deficiency in common movement patterns and apply corrective strategies to the individual within the program. In this way, progression continues, and individual needs are met.
The program becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
Groups are limited to 8 people maximum to allow for individual attention.

  • Strength- Functional Approach, Thorough Instruction, Focus on Upper Body, Lower Body & Core
  • Power - Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball, Jumping & Landing Techniques
  • Speed - Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork
