The Performance Program at Training Zone delivers results. Simple. A structured program that progresses the client from tissue preparation and joint mobility, to power and strength development. A fusion of exercise science and practical application, the beauty is in the simplicity. Intended to progress through 12 week blocks of 2 to 3 sessions per week, we are confident of the efficacy of our system. This training system works for the everyday client as well as the athlete, whether young, old or in between.
We assess/screen each client/athlete to identify any deficiency in common movement patterns and apply corrective strategies to the individual within the program. In this way, progression continues and individual needs are met.
The program becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Groups are limited to 8 people maximum to allow for individual attention.
